Detailed Product Description
MACHINE PERFORMANCE
A. Performance Function
(1) The main press of this welding line adopts one main hydraulic cylinder and four guide columns. The max pressure is 100T, but adjustable.
(2) The welding power is single phrase AC (Alternating Current).
(3) The cross rods are put into line one by one manually, but fed automatically.
(4) The flat bars are put in position manually, but fed automatically with reciprocating motion.
(5) There are two cross rods which are welded automatically at one time. The dimension between two cross rods are 38mm, 50mm, 76mm, or 100mm.
(6) There is a straightening device on the line, and it is adjusted manually, but works automatically.
(7) The control systems can be operated manually and automatically.
(8) There are primary current and voltage display on the control system.
(9) We adopt the PLC control system. The technical parameters can be set in many steps, displayed numerically.
(10) The feeding system is guided in line.
(11) The guide comb is changed in one set. The change time is less then 30min.

(2) Material Requirement
a. Steel Material: plain carbon steel and stainless steel
b. Material Requirement: These is no leveling and straightening device to level and straighten the flat steel and cross rob before the welding, so the steel materials must be fit for the following requirement:
Flat steel: no visible distortion and bending; for hot rolled flat steel, it should

(3) Grating Size Requirement
a. Sizes: Length: ≤6000mm;
Width (max.): 1010mm
Width tolerance: ±5.0mm
Height: 25 60mm
b. After the welding, the non-perpendicularity of the flat steel should be less than 10% of the flat steel width.
c. After the welding, the cross rods should be less than 1.0mm above the flat steel.
d. After the welding, the distance tolerance between two rods should be ±5.0mm/1500mm.
e. The others should go with the National Standard YB/T4001-98.
(4) The production rate: less than 10 seconds at one welding time (G325/30/100, including flat steel feeding, cross rod feeding and the welding)
