Detailed Product Description
The asphalt tank container is designed and manufactured in accordance with 
the standard of international container. It is adopted to be transported by road,
 water carriage, ocean, and applied to asphalt heating. It is classfied into tank container with frame 
(easy to stack and hoist) and tank container with 
angle support, but they have to be equipped with container trailor or 
the same sized flatbed trilor. Some tanks focus on transportation, auxiliary 
with heating, some focus on heating ,auxiliary with transportation, some 
have both performances. And it can also be 
designed depending on the individual needs of customers. And this tank 
has been certificated by CCS. 
Features of the product:
1.High thermal efficiency, energy saving. Adopt hot pipe(superconduct) fast heating, very small
thermal loss. Hot pipe is
a component that owns the performance of high thermal conductivity but heat resistance is almost zero.
2.High thermal utilization, Some of our patents like partial heating, floating asphalt 
absorbing and automatic high temperature asphalt supply, etc. are applied. These facilities reach to 
the condition that heats the certain quantity of asphalt according to the individual need, and prevent 
energy from wasting due to the repeated heating.
3.Fast temperature rises, It can meet the off-hand need.  And equipment can heat the small quantity of
asphalt to the road maintenance in short time, it also can continously supply the high temperature asphalt 
tothe aspahalt plant.  
4.Compact structure. The product has a compact structure, integrated with storage, 
dehydration and temperature rising, heating, transportation ,preheating piping system.
5.Automatic control, the temperature can be adjusted and controlled and easy to 
operate.
6.Strong contaminant resistance for heating surface, less maintenance, long life.
7.Jet agitation is applied to asphalt heating ,which makes the heating even.
8.The equipment is of environment protection, the Ringelmann grade is 1.
